A Bit About Us

We’re Property Managers but we do things a little differently from the rest.

The current market conditions and high barriers to entry for first home buyers make it really difficult for Kiwis to get on the property ladder. We have set out to change that.

How you ask? Well, through our buyer-friendly “Creative Finance” strategies, we make houses easy to rent then take an option to buy on.

How Do We Do It?

Pretty simple really. We don’t like to over complicate things.

We first find out what motivates the seller (it’s not always just the price) and what has been holding back the Tenant Buyer from entering the market. If we can deliver a win-win solution, we have done our job right and we also win (we get a fee for our trouble).
